  3. Reward Distribution: Rewards will be distributed within 31 days after the event ends.
  4. Campaign Changes & Cancellation: Darkex reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify this campaign if it cannot be executed as planned for any reason, including, but not limited to, fraud, human error, technical failures, or any other factor that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of this campaign. Darkex may also cancel the campaign if a virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Campaign.
  5. The vacation prize will be awarded to winners selected by a draw and is non-transferable.
  6. Winners cannot transfer the vacation package to another person or request a cash alternative.
  7. The vacation dates will be scheduled within the period determined by Darkex.
  8. The vacation package includes the specified destination and may cover airfare and hotel accommodation. Additional expenses (visa, transfers, meals, etc.) are the responsibility of the winner.
  9. Darkex reserves the right to make changes to the vacation plans for valid reasons.
  10. Winners must confirm their acceptance within 7 days of the announcement; otherwise, an alternate winner will be selected.
  11. Darkex assumes no responsibility for taxes or other legal obligations related to the vacation prize.
  12. The vacation prize offered within the campaign must be used within the specified period; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.
  13. Winners will be announced on March 1st.
 
 
Eligibility:
  1. This Campaign is only eligible for users who registered through the campaign link.
  2. Trading Volume Calculation: Only valid Spot and Futures trades will count towards the campaign trading volume. Transfers and internal transactions are excluded.
  3. Multiple Accounts: Users are not allowed to participate with multiple accounts. If detected, all rewards will be forfeited.
  4. Verification Requirement: Users must complete KYC verification before making volume for the in order to be eligible.
  5. Final Decision: Darkex reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all aspects of the campaign.
