• These terms and conditions govern your participation in this Campaign. By participating, you agree to these terms, including but not limited to the Darkex User Agreement.
• Campaign data statistics are based on the UTC+2 time zone.
• Rewards will be distributed 7 days after the campaign ends.
• Only the volumes which had been made in the event period will be counted.
• Top trader eligibility requires a minimum of 100M USDT trading volume.
• Only one participation per user is allowed. Second trading attempts do not qualify for additional rewards.
• Trading rewards cannot be multiplied or combined with other promotions.
• Rewards will be distributed in USDT.
• Darkex reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify this campaign in case of fraud, human error, technical issues, or any unforeseen factor affecting the campaign’s integrity.
• Modification and Termination: Darkex reserves the right to amend, vary, or cancel this campaign, including eligibility terms, selection of winners, and timing, at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• Disqualification: Participants who tamper with program code or interfere with the operation of the platform using other software will be disqualified.
• Compliance with Local Laws: Participants are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with local laws and regulations.
