Terms & Conditions

1. These terms apply to participation in the Trade $SOL, Feel the Heat Campaign. By joining, users agree to these terms and the general Darkex User Agreement.
2. All campaign actions and trading activity will be evaluated in accordance with the UTC+2 time zone.
3. There is no cap on trading volume. However, only one verified account per user is allowed.
4. To qualify for any rewards, participants must deposit $SOL and trade $SOL/USDT (USDT-M Futures) during the campaign window.
5. Rewards are volume-based and tied to each user’s highest tier. Artificial, repeated, or manipulated trades are strictly disqualified.
6. The Smart Watch prize is reserved for participants who reach a minimum of $5,000,000 in cumulative volume and pass compliance checks.
7. Rewards will be credited within 7 business days after the campaign concludes.
8. Darkex reserves the right to revise, pause, or cancel the campaign if abuse, technical errors, or suspicious activity is detected.

Eligibility

1. Participation is open only to users who have completed KYC verification with Darkex.
2. Each participant may only enter with one account.
3. Users must meet all deposit and trading criteria as outlined in the campaign structure.
4. Accounts flagged for duplication, bot usage, wash trading, or manipulation will be disqualified.
5. Darkex holds the sole authority to determine user eligibility and final reward outcomes.
